FAQ
Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship? MADDOG currently ships within Australia only.
How much is shipping? Standard shipping is A$10 for orders under A$150. Orders of A$150 and over ship free. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take? Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes about 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns
Can I return something? We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery (online orders) or purchase (in store) for items that are unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. Opened or used items and personalised or custom-blended items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. See our Refund Policy.
Formats
What is the difference between the Extrait de Parfum and the perfume oil? Every MADDOG scent comes in two formats: a 100 mL Extrait de Parfum (A$75) and a 15 mL roll-on perfume oil (A$45). Same 90 scents, different format and size. Browse the Extrait de Parfum or the perfume oils.
Do you make candles and reed diffusers? Yes: scented candles (A$40) and 200 mL reed diffusers (A$50). See the candles and reed diffusers.
RITUAL custom blends
What is RITUAL? RITUAL lets you create your own MADDOG fragrance: choose two or three of the 90 MADDOG scents, set the balance and name your blend. We write the name onto your bottle. Create it online or in store at the RITUAL BAR in MADDOG ATELIER, Adelaide.
How much does a RITUAL blend cost? A 15 mL perfume oil is A$55, a 100 mL perfume is A$85, and the perfume and oil set is A$130. Start your blend.
Can I return a custom blend? Custom-blended items are made for you, so they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
