This website, shopmaddog.com.au, is operated by MADDOG ATELIER ("MADDOG", "we", "us", "our"), Shop 6, 68 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA 5000, Australia. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Scent descriptions, notes and comparisons describe how we interpret a fragrance; individual perception of scent varies, and colours on screen may differ from the product. Products are for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, check the ingredients and do a patch test before use. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted. Payments are processed securely through our checkout; we do not store your full card details.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be redeemed for products on shopmaddog.com.au and in store at MADDOG ATELIER, subject to any terms shown at purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and are valid for at least the minimum period required by Australian law.
Your account and use of the site
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for providing accurate information. You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the MADDOG name, logos, text and images, belongs to MADDOG or its licensors and may not be used without our permission. Other brand names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.
