Where we ship
MADDOG currently ships within Australia only.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD for orders under $150.00.
- Free Shipping: orders of $150.00 AUD and over.
The applicable rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery typically takes approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control can occur.
Tracking
Where the shipping service supports it, we will email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at admin@shopmaddog.com.au and we will try to update it before dispatch.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at admin@shopmaddog.com.au. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply; see our Refund Policy.
