    The Scent

    Distance as personality. Saffron and raspberry open it warm and slightly jammy — a false softness. Then oud arrives fast, incense beside it, rose threading through and holding the composition floral without lightening it. Amberwood, benzoin and birch close the base with geranium underneath giving it a green shadow. The scent of getting there.
