    The Scent

    Cold before anything else. Citron, orange and lemon open bright, mint sharpening the edge to something almost surgical. Basil, apricot and carrot seeds hold the middle green and slightly savoury. Fig, dates and ambrette close the base soft, saving the composition from tipping into pure ice. A fresh scent with a mineral centre. Cold rendered patient.
